Playing cards are well known around the globe. The use of playing cards to tell "fortunes" is less well known. The first thing about playing card readings is that it is very holistic and can get as complicated as the questioner's life.

Playing card readings generally bring up recent and current events or situations in the questioner's life.Depending on the reading, it shows the possible avenues for that situation and future outcomes. These readings can be very in-depth and most clients say that at the end of the reading they have in their minds things that they did not identify as affecting them. In a way the reading is more like shedding light on your life and giving you the opportunity to realise possible outcomes.

Playing card readings always offer more than one outcome, just like life that winds it way along and can take any turn it wants.

These readings are done in a similar manner to tarot readings.  Our reader requires your full name and mother's maiden name or date of birth to identify you on the astral plane.  The deck of cards is shuffled, cut (if requested) and then cards chosen.

There are many "spreads" of the cards but our reader commonly does a 6 card reading, a 5 card cross and a 12 card circle yearly forecast.  The 6 card reading is a general one which most people chose to see what is going on or find out what the cards are saying. The 5 card cross is normally done after a 6 card reading to shed more light on a particular question which comes up from the first 6 cards. Usually a second deck is shuffled for this so as not to limit the choice of cards.

The 12 card reading is done for a year forecast and shows the possible events and influences for each of the 12 coming months. This reading is normally done at the beginning of January (Roman calender year) or start of Spring (solar and financial year).  This reading uses two decks to show possible dualities. 

Each card has separate meanings for the overall outlook, psychological, spiritual and physical influences.  The cards also have meanings in conjunction with each other, and the coupling of cards can change the meaning of an individual card. Cards also have meaning when multiples appear.  This is usually very important to give one definite answer in the present or coming event in the near future. The suit also has associations with the time of life, year and phase of the questioners life. The numbers of the cards have further associations which are also to be interpreted.

This sums to a lot of information and only a skillful reader can master the playing card method. Of course it helps that our reader is also clairvoyant and sometimes does mediumship if need-be.
